Jr. Game Designer

From 2021 to 2022, I remotely worked as a Jr. Game Designer at Tilting Point. There I designed features and content for multiple mobile titles at various stages of the development cycle, with a specific focus in the simulation category.

Responsibilities

My role at Tilting Point entailed: 

  • Pitching features and writing high-level design proposal documents.

  • Implementing and tuning content such as quests, levels, characters, and events.

  • Designing and documenting features for various live-ops mobile titles.

  • Researching and analyzing competitors in the mobile simulation market and presenting findings to key stakeholders.

  • Representing Tilting Point to development partner studios from a design perspective.

Result

During my time Tilting Point:​

  • Contributed designs to over 4 games, including TerraGenesis:Landfall and 3 other unreleased projects.

  • Designed numerous quest and random event systems, and the content that populated said systems.

  • Pitched and wrote complete high-level documentation for a new game project.

  • Worked in collaboration with 3 separate development partner studios.
